Sights of Malacca

This group of photos were taken during my recent trip to Malacca over a relatively quiet weekday. Sometimes when the photos pleases you, it's all that matters. I rather enjoyed strolling slowly over the wet paths, enjoying the scenery, the lights and the relative silence.

And I'm very pleased with the photo taken from the Hangout@jonker boutique hotel, which shows the sparrows over the cluster of roofs.

One of the clans.

Was hoping to capture a sense of 'Starry Night', but it's too dark. I always preferred my photos slightly underexposed, but this one blocks the sky totally.

Empty Streets are what I love best about this trip. The slightly overly red tinge gives it a movie look.
Cheap B grade movie, though.

Nothing much happening except many spots of lights.

Hello sleepy kitty.

We were lucky to see Deepavali fireworks from out little window. But not so lucky that I have mastered my fireworks taking skills.

Malacca's version of the Bridal photo shoot. I believe this custome is worn according to Confucious believes of "礼节".
